I know this place sells snow but I'm obsessed with their crispy crepes!
I always get the volcano deluxe with an extra scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream and it's so good! It's a huge crepe and the outside of it is crispy and tastes kinda like cookies!
Only complaint would be I wished they also put toppings inside the crepe and not just on top but otherwise it's so good!
P.S. It's a cash only place now! -

Cash Only!!!
Plenty of parking during the night.
Love this place! Ordered a medium size shaved ice.. lychee flavoring with condense milk.. there's only two sizes, small or medium.. I opted for the medium size.. there is the option of 3 toppings.. my three toppings were egg pudding, boba and lychee jelly.
Texture of the shave ice is really fluffy! -

Pretty good and refreshing.
The original flavor snow ice is always good and enjoyed by the kids while us adults find the sesame snow ice healthy and enjoyable.
A place we stop by from time to time if in the area. -

I tried a few different flavors of snow ice. They serve their items quickly and have a lot of toppings. I tried the Thai tea snow ice with mochi and rice balls. They told me that the rice balls are homemade and it definitely shows. The Thai tea snow ice was alright and so were the mochi balls but the rice balls were sooooo yummy. My favorite item was the rice balls surprisingly. Another flavor I tried was the Vietnamese coffee with sprinkles and M&Ms It didn't have the full flavor as drinking Vietnamese coffee would have but it tasted ok. This is coming from someone who is Vietnamese and been drinking Vietnamese coffee for a decent portion of their life. There is a decent amount of seating inside, and napkins are at the front desk that is easily accessible.

Quality - Nothing special. Just okay.
Think of this place as a yogurt land, big variety of your choosing for snow ice (sizing similar to yogurt land as well) with restricted amount of topping options (2-3 included until surcharge). Oh & CASH ONLY!!
For sizing, 4.50 or 6.59 for small or medium snow ice that comes with 2 or 3 toppings ($1 less each if you want no toppings). You get to choose the flavor of the snow ice, the type of syrup, and 2 (or 3 for medium size) toppings.
My boyfriend ordered almond shaved ice, which I highly would not recommend unless you have tried powdered almond drinks before and liked it. He described it as tasting like coconut flavor. It was disgusting tbh.
My matcha flavor snow ice was okay, it didn't taste like vanilla at least. It's standard passing taste of matcha, sweet without have any somewhat bitterness after taste of tea like the authentic matcha snow ice I've tried. It was very subpar in comparison.
They have toppings as you would expect from a yogurt land, meaning their mochi isn't really real mochi but the generic hard yogurtland topping you get. Also they don't give you a generous amount either, it feels like a tea spoon.
Also, sad part is that they won't let you sample any toppings or anything - you just have to read and believe.
The only topping that is interesting is the jack fruit. The front desk girl who took my order described to have a very sweet strong fruity taste to it - but having to try it for the very first time - I disagree. Her description threw me off completely. It's the type of fruit that has a stink to it, like durian etc, pungent hit and then a strong sweet aftertaste. If I knew I would not have ordered it and stuck to the red bean usual. I had to really use the matcha to hide the flavoring since I'm not a big fan of it but it is bearable.
In terms of the seating, ample seating for groups. I came an hour before closing on a Friday night. Majority of the customers appears to be middle to high schoolers out with friends or Asian families with their kids for a late night snack.
I get why they choose this place: to hangout and it's not too bad pricing for a kid.
But... I grew up privileged to have a better snow ice shop conveniently in walking district from my middle school. If anything I'm used to good quality snow ice and paid for around the same price. And guess what? There's many of these shops around here.
So if you have a car and are looking for a really good snow ice, this place may not be for you! But try it out, you never know what you might like.
